Reliability and quality of service since 2000

Sintecna carries out trade in raw materials for the mechanical industry. The treated products are cast steel and cast iron castings, supplied both in raw and worked state.

    CASTINGS

Sintecna offers a wide range of castings from India. The weight ranges from a few grams to 60,000 kg, the range of materials is very wide (carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, nickel base alloys, stellite, cast iron, bronze, bronze / aluminum and others).

    Sand castings

The sand fusions offered are of Indian origin. The weight range is from 20 to 60,000 kg, the delivery status is rough or finished. The materials offered are:

    • Carbon steel
    • Alloy steel
    • Low alloy steel
    • Stainless steel
    • Duplex stainless steel
    • Nickel & Cobalt base alloys

The material is certified by the manufacturer.

    Castings in lost wax

The lost wax castings offered are from India. The weight range ranges from a few grams to 200 kg, the delivery status is rough, rough or finished. The materials offered are:

    • Carbon steel
    • Alloy steel
    • Low alloy steel
    • Stainless steel
    • Duplex stainless steel
    • Nickel & Cobalt base alloys

The material is certified by the manufacturer.

    Centrifuged

The castings can be made either horizontally or vertically. The maximum ring diameter is 1,100 mm and the minimum ring diameter is 25 mm. The maximum weight of the casting is 750 kg. The mechanical machining of roughing or finishing of the rings is available. The materials treated are the following:

    • Stainless steels: 316, 316L, 304, 304L, 321, 347, 317, 317L, 309, 310, 410, 430, 904L, 17-4 PH, Duplex, Super Duplex, Alloy 20, Alloy 28;
    • INCONEL: 625, 825, 600, 800, 718, Monel 400, Monel 500, Monel M30H;
    • Hastelloy: C-276
    • Carbon and alloy steels: WCB, LCB, LCC, F5, F12
    • Non-ferrous: PB2, LB4 Aluminum-Bronze

We are able to supply ring joint made from centrifuged material with API certification.

    Cast iron castings

The castings are of gray and spheroidal cast iron, with a weight of 5 to 500 kg. for each piece. The technology is in sand, shell, no-bake. The castings are supplied raw or finished machining. This type of product is suitable for medium production series. The materials offered are:

    Gray cast iron
    • ASTM A48 from class 20 to 40
    • ASTM A126 25A, 30A, 35A
    • ASTM A159 from grade 1800 to 4000
    • ASTM A278 from class 20 to 40
    Spheroidal cast iron
    • ASTM A395 Degree 60-40-18 and 65/45/15
    • ASTM A536 Degree 65/45/12: 60/40/18; 80/55/06

Typical applications are for valves, pumps and general engineering components.

    FORGED

The forged material, of Indian origin, is printed, forged or laminated. The printed products have a maximum weight of 50kg. and are made of carbon steel, alloyed, stainless and nickel based alloys. In the latter case, the production batches can also be small, while, for carbon steels, the supply is suitable for large series. All products can be finished machining. The most commonly supplied materials are:

    A182

    • F6A
    • F304/F304L
    • F316/F316L
    • F44
    • F6NM
    • F51
    • F53
    • F55

    B564

    • UNS N06625
    • UNS N08825

    BALLS

The supplied balls range from 1/4 “to 24”, and are both floating and trunnion. The materials are mostly stainless steels, duplex and nickel base alloys, in the various versions (static, centrifugal and forged cast) according to the customer’s specifications. We produce balls from 3/8 “to 6” in our production unit, where we can also perform lapping and adaptation operations. The supply is accompanied by the 3.1 certificate of the material manufacturer. We are able to access the most qualified and convenient sources of supply of finished spheres, generally from abroad. The range also includes metal to metal ball / seat kit.

    CERTIFICATIONS

The certifications and qualifications of our partner foundries are always up-to-date and state-of-the-art: ISO 9001; ISO 14001; OHSAS 18001; PED; Norsok, Navale, etc.
