The main productions are related to the transformation of PTFE into semi-finished and finished products according to customer design, with approx. 7.000 tons of materials processed per year and 2 million pieces produced per day. From the simplest and most standard grades to the highest performing PTFE compounds, the fields of use range from chemistry to automotive, from aerospace to energy, electronics, petrochemicals, food, hydraulics, heating and plumbing and so on, with numerous certifications that make uses safe and compliant even in the most demanding working conditions. The production of PTFE seats for ball valves plays a strategic role where, thanks to the experience acquired over the decades, the technical office of Guarniflon® Spa can support the customer for the design and the production of the seals.

5 different grades of PTFE materials available as sheets in 4 standard thicknesses, mainly used in refineries, chemical, pharmaceutical plants and more.
PTFE MOLDED TUBES AND RODS UP TO 1815 MM. OD
The opportunity to select a wide range of options between internal and external diameters as well as materials, some of them certified according to Norsok and API6A standards. A monthly output of 60 tons of PTFE molded tubes and rods widely used in the oil & gas sector for the production of high performance seals and energized gaskets.
