nasce nel 1979 come piccola impresa artigiana col nome di VECCHIATINI;
acquisisce il nome attuale nel 1985 . Dal 2003 siamo qualificati ISO
9001:2015 e 3834-2.
La società attualmente conta quindici dipendenti, 10 dei quali sono saldatori certificati e due anche certificati ISO 9712 – 2 livello per i liquidi penetranti (PT)
Lavoriamo per conto terzi con esecuzioni di saldatura su tutti i tipi di materiale; per il 90% l’azienda lavora nel settore OIL GAS.

Da circa un anno ci stiamo espandendo e siamo attualmente in un capannone di circa 3.500 MQ. di superficie totale.
Attualmente disponiamo di n. 14 IMPIANTI di SALDATURA, n. 4 CARRIPONTE (N.2 da 10 TON. e N. 2 da 32 TON.).
Su richiesta si eseguono lavorazioni complete: meccaniche+saldatura+liquidi penetranti al fine di dare al cliente il lavoro finito.
I NOSTRI SERVIZI
La nostra
attività è principalmente basata sulla lavorazione per conto terzi,
abbiamo però anche un 20% circa di produzione in conto pieno:
lavorazione meccanica – saldatura – riporto. Attraverso collaborazioni
storiche garantiamo la fase della lavorazione meccanica
L’azienda oggi esegue lavorazioni di
saldatura su tutti i tipi di materiali. Su richiesta del cliente si
eseguono anche saldature da radiografia al 100% su:
- > ACCIAIO INOX
- >ACCIAIO AL CARBONIO
- >ALLUMINIO (fino a 40mm. di spessore e oltre)
Oltre ai materiali sopra elencati si eseguono saldature e riporti su:
- >INCONEL
- >MONEL
- >HALLOY (Stellite gr. 1 – 6 – 12 -21)
- >RAME
- >NICHEL
