As a branch of C.S.C. S.p.a., Divisione Trading was founded in 2003, driven by the market's strong demand for sourcing stock materials such as duplex, super duplex, and super austenitic, choosing to collaborate with the most prestigious steel mills recognized and appreciated worldwide. In 2013, they changed their name to SpecialSteelStock, which better identifies who the Company is and what it offers, as it started stocking nickel-based alloys in 2014. Today, SpecialSteelStock, continually growing, has become a European leader known worldwide for the types of materials it handles.
It has an entire property of 7,500 square meters of covered space, equipped with state-of-the-art cutting machines and provides complete assistance in the supply of processed materials, offering a range of products from sheets to round bars, and, upon request, welded pipes and welded bends, as well as finished products complete with mechanical processing. Since 2021, it has expanded its commercial network by opening a new office in the Milan hinterland. In 2025, it is ready to welcome new market demands: it begins the certification process for ISO 9120 to serve the aerospace & defense sector.

The offered products are certified to EN 10204.3.1. and to the latest edition of the norms ASTM - EN – NORSOK – NACE – AMS - WN - PED - API6A - API6D.
On request we can provide ADDITIONAL TESTS carried out by some highly qualified laboratories (X-rays, DP, Ultrasound, Corrosion, PMI etc), and/or RE-CERTIFICATION WITH A THIRD PARTY CERTIFYING BODY.
