Tecno Meccanica Emiliana S.r.l. was established in 1995. The company structure has been divided into three different activities: 1)Spare parts for NOV, Wirth, Ideco, Lewco, LTI, Canrig, EMSCO, BOMCO. 2)Mechanical carpentry, mechanical machining with CNC 3)Service team available 24/7 worldwide for Oil&Gas drilling rigs maintenance and recertification activities The milling and turning department is equipped with numerical control (CNC) and machining is carried out with the help of CAD/CAM systems with up to five axes (the milling working range from 0 mm to 6,500 mm, while the maximum turning diameter is 2,600 mm).

TME is working in various applications (Automotive, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Drilling, Earthmoving, packaging, etc.). TME's achieve API Q1, API 6A, API 7K, API8C and the ISO 9001:2015 qualifications.

Tecno Meccanica Emiliana matured a significant experience in projecting, constructing and repairing components for Oil & Gas Industry, including:

FLUID END - POWER END FOR TRIPLEX AND DUPLEX MUD PUMPS

Tecno Meccanica Emiliana realizes Complete Fluid End and Power End Groups for both Duplex and Triplex Mud Pumps in different sizes and types. The construction cycle of such groups starts with the acquisition of the primary raw materials from which are then derived the different components by means of machining with machine tools, these components are then assembled to obtain the finished Groups.

We are also be able to provide separately all of the Fluid End components and Power End components that we make, even as Spare Parts.

Each single detail that makes up the Fluid End and Power End, undergoes a heat treatment to obtain higher wear resistance and higher durability in time.

Like all our products, we realize these Fluid Ends / Power Ends using only high quality Italian materials.

To ensure the ultimate suitability, TME inside performs strict non-destructive testing, such as ultrasound inspections and penetrant tests, and severe dimensional inspections.

Mechanical processes are performed on our NC centers, while the assembly of each single detail takes place in our assembly department.

We are also be able to provide separately all the components of these Fluid Ends, also as Spare Parts.

Like all our products, we realize these Fluid Ends with only italian sourced materials, certified and high quality.

Every single detail that makes up the Fluid End, undergoes a heat treatment to improve the wear resistance and to increase durability in time.

COMPONENTS MADE DESIGN FOR "OIL & GAS" INDUSTRY

Tecno Meccanica Emiliana realizes, in addition to Fluid End Groups, several other components that are used in drilling rigs and Oil & Gas extraction (such as for example, tees, crosses, adapter spools, spacer spools, flanged connectors, drill stem subs, sprockets, gears, gears chain, pulleys to multiple gorges, crates headstocks, liners, pistons, ecc...). Moreover, with its own technical department, it has the ability to design and develop even parties for special applications on request of customers.

Sheaves 14 grooves

Tecno Meccanica Emiliana is be able to realize different types of Sheaves 14 grooves, for technical features and sizes.

It uses for the design the innovative FEM system for structural calculation.

Steels, only Italian origin, heat treated give the product excellent quality, durability and reliability in use.Each Sheave 14 grooves that we realize, within the throat undergoes a treatment to improve wear resistance and to increase durability in time.

During the working cycle, Sheaves 14 grooves are subject to strict non-destructive testing, as ultrasound inspections and penetrant tests.

To ensure the final suitability of all the products, after every single processing we perform strict dimensional inspections.

All mechanical processes are performed at our factory.

The Carpentry/welding department is separated from the machine shop and occupies an area of 1200 square metres

DESIGN CAD/CAM 3D

Besides the production, Tecno Meccanica Emiliana is able to offer 3D CAD/CAM design service. This allows us to design and produce parts even starting from simple drawings or samples already made and free of designs.

In addition we have three-dimensional tools for detection of dimensional measurements of the samples.

Tecno Meccanica Emiliana, within its office of study and planning, using the innovative FEM system for structural analysis of every single detail that realizes.

HYDROSTATIC TESTS

Tecno Meccanica Emiliana perform hydrostatic tests on assembled Fluid-End, individual modules and crosses, up to pressures of 22.500 psi (1.555 bar).

NON-DESCTRUCTIVE AND DIMENSIONAL TESTS

To avoid that the pieces present defects, Tecno Meccanica Emiliana run inside strict non-destructive testing, such as ultrasound and liquid penetrant, and severe dimensional controls to ensure the final suitability of all the products it makes.

Tecno Meccanica Emiliana also proposes a overhaul service and repair for Mud Pumps, Top drive, Drawwork, Iron Roughneck, Crown Block, Traveling Block and worn or damaged components accondirg with API Standards and OEM procedures; this activity involves preventive technical analysis and consequential economic assessment to enable customers to make sure there is value for money compared to the purchase of the new.
